Englewood police found a dead body in a drainage ditch the night of July 11 after responding to the 2600 block of South Raritan Circle, a dead-end street paralleling Harvard Gulch in the city's northwestern industrial area.
A passerby located the body, police said in a news release. On the morning of July 12, police did not release further information but said they believe the person did not die by "foul play" and that they do not think the situation is a danger to the community.
The investigation by the Englewood Police Investigations Bureau was ongoing as of the night of July 11, the news release said.
