“This is a big day for the City of Lakewood, and for this neighborhood,” said Mayor Adam Paul. “It’s more important than ever that infill projects like these become part of the fabric of the community. Communication is key.”
The development will bring 134 new market-rate town homes adjacent to Sheridan Station.
It include nine floor plans ranging from 800 to 1,750 square feet, including studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom homes, one- and two-car garages, as well as a front or backyards.
