CABARET UNLEASHED! 4: Heroes and Villains!

(Denver, CO) August 14, 2019 — Rocky Mountain Arts Association, the umbrella

organization for The Denver Gay Men’s Chorus and The Denver Women’s Chorus, is thrilled to present its annual major fundraising event, Cabaret Unleashed! 4: Heroes and Villains! on Saturday, September 21, 2019 at 6:00 pm at Denver’s historic Tivoli Event Center Turnhalle on the Auraria Higher Education Center.

Under the capable artistic direction of veteran Broadway performer, Stephen Wertz, and featuring keyboard accompaniment by the talented Mark Zwilling, singers from both choruses will perform musical selections - cabaret style - that spotlight wellknown heroes and villains from several of Broadway’s most popular musicals,

including Sweeney Todd, Mean Girls, The Little Mermaid and Hamilton.

Always one of Denver’s most enjoyable fall events for patrons 21 years of age and older, this year’s Cabaret Unleashed! features cocktails and a dinner buffet; an expanded silent auction that includes ticket packages to the Arvada Center, DPAC, and the Colorado Avalanche; as well as a wall of wine; and some quintessential Colorado mountain weekend getaways! In a new twist for 2019, our professional auctioneer, Libby Pollack, will oversee this year’s ever-popular Heads & Tails game and live auction for a seven-day trip to one of six possible Mexican retreat destinations with no blackout dates!

The Tivoli Event Center is located at 900 Auraria Parkway in Denver, CO 80204, just minutes away from the Pepsi Center. Ample parking is available close by. To make this year’s Cabaret Unleashed! as enjoyable as possible, RMAA has engaged the services of Bolder Events to coordinate guest registration and all auction activities.
