Happy news! Entries for Littleton Fine Arts Guild’s “World of Color” have been juried by well-known watercolorist Steven Griggs and the exhibit will open in Town Hall’s Stanton Gallery, 2450 W. Main Street in downtown Littleton, as well as in the Virtual Gallery (see: depotartgallery.org). Dates are March 1 to April 15. Longtime Littleton Fine Arts Guild members Peggy Dietz and Merrie Wicks have worked on organization of this exhibit, which will be open during THAC box office hours. 303-794-2787, townhallartcenter.org. Unsure when the Depot Gallery will reopen (blue status needed). “Flights of Fancy” is scheduled for the Virtual Gallery and Stanton Gallery April 15 to June 1. Heritage Fine Art Guild
HFAG will present a Zoom workshop from 9 a.m. to noon on March 13 with Brian Hubble, who paints landscapes and Western art, seascapes and island themes. “Linda and Me: Raised on Ronstadt” will stream live from Boulder’s Nomad Playhouse at 7 p.m. on March 5, presented by Stories on Stage. Ronstadt’s memoir, “Simple Dreams,” provides the backdrop for this presentation by actor GerRee Hinshaw, pianist David Nehls and guitarist Tony Silva. Stories on Stage’s 20th anniversary season will be 100% virtual/live-streamed from the Nomad Playhouse, teaming with the playhouse and Earth Coast Productions to present professional multi-camera productions with actors performing from the stage.
